I had an email receiving issue for quite a few days without anyone able to solve it. Tried agian today and got chatted to Vidya who sorted it all for me. Very helpful and understaninding and clearly knowledgeable - just BRILLIANT and FANTASTIC!!

I recently switched hosting providers and decided to use HostGator based on recommendations and reviews I read. I have a reseller account and their tech support has been very helpful when I've encountered issues with migrating websites. I my interactions with them I've found their support team to be willing to help, professional and friendly. In most cases, they have gone beyond what I expected to resolve my issues. So far, I've been very pleased with my decision to leave my old hosting provider for HostGator.
